ACCOUNT REVIEW

One of the most common digital accounts to open online is Kotak 811.

You can escape the hassle of visiting a bank branch and save time spent on the conventional savings account application process. It took me less than 20 minutes to open an online Kotak 811 account. The procedure was easy, and you only needed your PAN and Aadhaar card to open the savings account. When you open an 811 account, you get immediate access to a virtual debit card. You can make a deposit online and use the card right away. The USP of a Kotak 811 account is the ability to open an account quickly online, have a zero balance account, and use a virtual debit card.

Previously, Kotak Bank offered 6% interest on all savings bank accounts; however, the Kotak savings account now offers 4% interest. SBI, HDFC, ICICI, and Axis Bank all have higher rates.
