HDFC CUSTOMER CARE TIMINGS

  1. Banking: Banking services are an IVR/Agent mix according to the transaction type. Every day from 8.00 am and 8.00 pm, every IVR transaction is available 24×7 and supported agent services. Card loss monitoring is a supporting agency available 24 hours a day.
  2. Credit Card related services are available 24 hours on all days including Sundays and Bank holidays.
  3. Loan Services: Loan services between 8:00 am are available till 8 p.m. On every Sunday, bank holidays and so on.
  4. Demat and Loan Against Securities Account Services: Monday to Saturday services are provided from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (This facility is not available on 2nd & 4th Saturdays, all Sundays and Bank Holidays).
  5. Mutual Fund or Investment Services Account related Services: Services from Monday to Saturday are available from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (It is not accessible every Sunday and bank holidays on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays, this facility).
